The State Farmers’ Organisation Sarawak， actively involved in agro-business， food production， food processing and agricultural development projects， invites interested local and international companies to form a joint-venture in its Individual Quick Freeze (IQF) processing plant. The Organisation was incorporated in 1986 under the Farmes’ Organisation Act 1973 and is under the purview of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industries， Sarawak， Malaysia. Sime quick facts about the IQF facility: - Modern and high-tech facility of International Standard - Built for crop processing but with some modification can also process seafood or meat. - Capable of wide range of fruits， vegetables and other food products. - Has polywash system (3-washing system). - Has blanching and cooking facilities. - All systems are centrally controlled. - Boiler facility - 8000 BPH - 3531 kg steam/hr. - Processing capacity of 2-3 tonnes per hour. - The plant is accesible by good trunk road to Kuching City and Kuching Port. - The plant is served by good network of roads to the farming areas for easy supply of raw materials. - Factory labour availabel from nearby villages. -Nearby town with banking facilities situated 7 km away. 字串1
