Our family deals， for hundred fifty years， with the vine-growing and with the wines， since the region where they are activated our enterprises， are full of vineyards. In the Stimanga village， that belongs in the wider region of Nemea， in altitude 450m we cultivate our vines，58 acres currently (plus 40 acres new vines)， with biological methods， under the supervision of Organism of Certification of Biological Products DIO From 1999 we have certified biological grapes. We allocate two wine factories， from which first was manufactured and functioned in 1975 and the second (wine factory - bottle) in 2000， with modern equipment and stocking spaces in stainless reservoirs 1200 tn. Exists separate line of production for the conventional wine and other for the wine from grapes of biological agriculture. In our new wine factory， we produce and bottle the production from our domaine. The capacity of production of wine factory is 150 tn/day. The products that we produce are: A) Must with a lot of sulphurous. The production， depending on the year， oscillates between 1500-3000 tons， that we as a rule export in Italy. B) Regional Dry White Wine of Corinth from grapes of biological agriculture. The varieties of grapes of white wine are mainly roditis and asyrtiko. Annual production roughly 30.000 bottles of 750ml. C) Regional Dry Red Wine of Corinth from grapes of biological agriculture. The varieties of grapes of red it is agiorgitiko and Cabernet. Annual production roughly 20.000 bottles the 750 ml. All the bottles from the Domaine Theodorou are numbered 字串4
